PRICES ARE NET TO ALL CUSTOMERS

1. Payment
Brandywine Jewelry Supply accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. Paypal Echecks take approximately 4 business days to clear the bank. Orders will be shipped as soon as the echeck has cleared.

2. Shipping
Brandywine Jewelry Supply offers a $4 shipping discount on all orders over $100. Shipping for orders under $100 starts at $4.20 for First Class and $5.50 for Priority Mail. First Class may not be available for orders with bulky items such as boxes, displays, or books, or orders weighing more than 13oz.

Brandywine Jewelry Supply also ships internationally via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Please note we cannot ship to Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Afghanistan, Cuba or any US embargoed country, nor accept payments from these countries to ship elsewhere. Appropriate and truthful customs declarations will be made. Any customs duties in the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot label international shipments as gifts or misrepresent the nature and value of items shipped. (We apologise, but we cannot fill out NAFTA forms. We cannot vouch for the country of origin for all of our individual products as they are gathered from numerous changing sources.)

3. Refunds
We offer a 30-day return authorization policy on most of our products with the exception of Gold Fill and Sterling Silver Wire, Cut Chain and Cord, DVD's/Videos, Clearance Items, and Special Orders, which may not be returned. Products must be returned in their original state and packaging and with a copy of the return authorization form which will be supplied on qualifying request. Customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from returns. Return Authorization is *required*. Please contact us by email for return authorization prior to returning. We reserve the right to deduct shipping or other discounts from return total where appropriate. Damaged, missing, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. No returns of used items or items damaged while in the customer's possession. We cannot ship exchanges except as part of a NEW minimum order. Standard restocking fees apply to returned items. Standard shipping fees apply to new items being shipped. Please note that *unauthorised returns* will be charged 50% restocking fees or refused. This includes refusal by customer to accept delivery. The restocking fee on unauthorised returns of non-returnable items is 100%. Please allow 3 business days for return authorization to be processed and supplied.

4. Product Variance
Due to the nature of many of our products a certain amount of product variance is expected. The following variations shall not be considered product defects:

Patina or tarnish of metals - This is a natural effect of exposure of sterling silver, gold fill, copper, and brass to the air and can be easily cleaned using jewelry cleaner, polishing cloths, or weak acids such as diluted vinegar.

Pattern variations in natural materials - Natural stone materials may have variations in patterns and colors, or in the case of amber the number and frequency of inclusions or lack of inclusions. This is part of the natural beauty of the materials and shall not be considered a defect. Small scuffs or chips on the back surfaces of cabochons or natural seams in stone materials shall also not be considered defects. Please note that we cannot offer stone matching services, or gurantee that specific colors or patterns will be supplied. All natural stone items will be randomly selected from available stock.
