Orders are shipped from our Tucson warehouse Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Most orders will ship approximately 1 business day after being placed, but occasionally may take up to 3 business days to ship, depending on order volume at the warehouse.

Customer service can be reached via phone or email Monday through Thursday 9:00am-12:00 Noon & 1:00pm - 2:30pm Mountain Standard Time, except for holidays and scheduled closings.

Local Pickups

We apologize, but our Tucson warehouse cannot accomodate local pickups or offer a retail sales experience. All sales are by internet/mail-order only.
